The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Nice view from the room. Very nice location. Walking distance from train station and close to attractions. Had a very nice stay!
The breakfast is simple, but for me it was good enough!
No privacy, staff can go into the room as they want; and they told it is not possible to wash clothes after we arrive, we need to go to wash shop...is it too late?
The room was very confortable and close to the main attractions in Florence, you get very good value for money.
its located on the 2nd floor of a historical building, which is both good and bad. nice furnitured, but hard to find on the first time and no elevator.
seriously understaffed. only one person tended the hotel when i was there
This hotel has a lot of character, the interior is charming, there is a small living room and bookshelf between the rooms. The room was comfortable and clean, I would definitely stay again. It is a family-run hotel and staff are pleasant.
There is a flat screen television in the room, but all the channels are Italian, I would have liked BBC or some foreign channels.
Small friendly hotel very close to the sights. I booked a single room but was given a double with a view of the Duomo Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very good value for money
It's a bit tricky to find and the entrance is not that obvious as it's on the second floor
The staff was incredibly helpful. We made a reservation for 6 but showed up with 7 and they accommodated us without a single complaint! They helped us with museums, restaurants, luggage, everything! Slightly expensive, but you can't find a better deal in Florence
The showers don't have real curtains..all the water ends up all over the bathroom floor, but it's not a huge deal.
Great location being so central and friendly staff made it welcoming. Our room was light and sunny, opening onto a quiet courtyard at the back.
we suggest that some savoury choice is offered at breakfast,ie ham or cheese.
Very well located at the center of the city, staff was correct, room were not fancy but conveniant. A very conveniant stay to visit the city.
No parking, no lift (not that we need one but some people might do),
The hotel is located very close to the duomo and the city center, everything is in walking distance! Rooms were small but clean and comfy. Staff is very friendly and helpful!
The location was incredibly convenient. Close to all the major sites in Florence. The room was comfortable and quiet and the owners seem to care about their place.
The staff was pleasant but not incredibly helpful which was kind of disappointing. I would also recommend looking for breakfast elsewhere.
The room was clean; Breakfast was great; Staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to the Duomo, about 20 minutes walk from the main railway station.
A bit noisy at night. The bedding was not very comfortable.
It's central location in Florence - close to most of the major museums and shopping.
There are no direct phone lines to the rooms so friends will have a hard time getting a hold of you if you don't have a cell phone. Also, no alarm clock or wake-up calls are provided, so bring your own clock/watch. The front desk is not consistently staffed.
Great value for the money, close to the very center of the town, clean, comfortable, in a quiet little street, nice and frinedly staff, they recommended a great restaurant for a dinner and it was delicious.
The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful with city information. They recommended the local restaurant nearby the hotel. They also recommend me the menu for dinner which was very impressive and not expensive at all. The hotel located next to the city center. Very convenient for city tour.
The room is a bit old and the bed's spring is noisy. A bit of dust.
